Aloe Skin Exfoliate

1 Tablespoon Baking Soda
Aloe Gel or Aloe Juice Extract
Mix one tablespoon of baking soda with enough aloe vera juice or gel to make a smooth paste. You can add more baking soda if the mixture gets too wet. Best if you use bottled or fresh aloe vera. Gently scrub face with circular motion for 1-2 minutes then rinse, tone and moisturize.

Gotu Kola also known as pennywort or centella asiatica. It is good fso many skin problem like a rashes. It also heals collagen and blood vessels like varicose veins. Being that it is also a diuretic it causes frequent urination and the expulsion of excess water from the body. Cucumber Peel
This is a great dry skin cleanser you make so easily. All you need:
  • 1/4 cucumber, peeled and juiced 
  • 2 tablespoons Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons cooked Oatmeal
Mix together well and apply to your face and neck for 10 minutes. Wash off with warm cloth.

And always remember the key to beautiful skin is to get plenty of sleep. Sleep is essential for healthy skin. Not enough quality sleep will make your skin look tired and older.
